Shipping & Return Policy

Domestic Delivery:

Pro Chukker uses USPS Priority 3 Day shipping for the majority of our products shipped in North America. For larger, heavier purchases, we use USPS ground shipping that offers a lower price that our customers appreciate. If you prefer to use your own UPS or FedEx shipping account number, let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you.

International Delivery:

Pro Chukker is truly a global brand. We ship to the six polo playing continents on a regular basis and mainly use the services of DHL Express or FedEx. However, we are happy to use other international carriers at a customer’s request. If you live outside of the United States, please don’t hesitate to contact us via phone or email for a quote.

Returns:

Polo is rough, tough and dirty! After over a decade, our customers trust us to make the best equipment there is. We must be contacted regarding any product returns within 14 days of purchase. All returns are considered on a case by case basis.
